2025 Spring outdoor activities

The spring breeze is warm and everything is reviving. It is a good time to enjoy the scenery and relax.

In order to enhance team cohesion and enhance employee happiness,

On March 23, 2025, our company organized all employees to go to the beautiful [Crocodile Valley]

and carried out the spring group building activities.

1、The purpose of the Outdoor Activities

the Outdoor Activities theme of "Go together in Spring, gather strength", aiming at a variety of activities to let everyone

relax after intense work, enhance mutual understanding and enhance team cooperation ability.

2、Close to nature, flying mood

In the   morning, we began our outdoor activities in front of the rising sun. Crocodile Valley is a collection

of ecological sightseeing,leisure and entertainment in one of the features of scenic spots.

You can observe crocodiles at different growth stages up close and feel the unique charm of this ancient

creature called "living fossil".

A variety of functional areas are arranged along the riverbank. The idyllic landscape of lush grasses

and bamboo hills, as well as small

wooden Bridges and various recreational facilities, creates an ecological landscape of pleasant flowers

and distinct seasons for relaxation ‌.

At noon, the friends were already hungry, looking forward to the next barbecue feast, the barbecue area

was already ready, the charcoal fire was raging, the smoke was curling up, and the air was filled with attractive aroma.

The grill is filled with all kinds of food: tender and

juicy lamb kebabs, tender chicken wings on the outside, fragrant grilled sausage, golden crisp corn... Mouthwatering.

The fun of barbecue is not only to taste the food, but also to enjoy the process. We share baking skills with each other,

exchange food experience, and have fun.

At this moment, there is no pressure and trouble in the workplace, only a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere and sincere friendship.

3、Game time

Tug-of war: With a whistle, the game begins! The players hold onto the rope, lean back, push off with their feet,

and pull back as hard as they can.The cheerleaders on the sidelines are not outdone,

refueling and Shouting one after another, ringing through the clouds. On the field,

all the players were red faced and blue veins burst up, trying their best for the honor of the team.

Water bottle Relay: Participants focus on catching water bottles from their partners and delivering their own water

bottles to another partner. The purpose of this activity is to enhance the ability of staff to work together.

Team members need to constantly communicate and adjust their strategies, so as to enhance mutual

understanding and tacit understanding.

Team balloon: Hold the balloon with your legs, put your hands on the shoulders of the person in front, and jump forward.

This competition requires close cooperation between the team members to complete the task together, so that

the team members realize that the interests of the team are above the interests of the individual, the team

members work hard for the common goal, and the team spirit is fully cultivated.

4、Ending

The group building activities were successfully concluded in laughter. This activity not only let everyone relax,

enhance mutual understanding,

but also enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the team. I believe that in the future work, we will be

more full of enthusiasm,

more high morale, work together, for the development of the company to contribute greater strength!
